To be honest with you, this picture has more meaning than what you think! It's either of the wold's pollution killing off nature or harming it... Or the lack of fresh air due to pollution!

"Eco-Friendly breath! Buy yours today whilst stocks last" Meaning that after chewing / sucking on something, you'll get a fresh O2 breath of fresh air coming from you, instead of minty fresh breath! LOL
